I was disappointed with these. The photos came out blurry and the colors didnt look like they should, so the overall print quality just wasnt great

Our yearbooks arrived when they said they would, which was a relief. Shipping went smoothly and the boxes showed up in good shape. The tracking took a bit to update, but overall it felt dependable

Customer service got back to me quickly and helped fix my issue, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the setup process wasn’t super clear at first, so that part could definitely be improved.

I uploaded our class photos without too much trouble, and overall it was a smooth experience. A couple of them took a little longer to go through, but after refreshing, everything showed up just fine. I was really happy to see all the photos there in the end!

We used Entourage for our yearbooks, i was relieved. After looking at a few other options, I really didn’t want our school to overpay or end up stuck with surprise costs. Their pricing felt fair, the books turned out nice, and the whole process was low-stress. For a school budget, it felt like we got a solid deal without risking much. I’d use them again.

The editor kept lagging, which was super fun if you enjoy waiting for things to catch up every few seconds. Some of the layouts were also weirdly hard to move around, because apparently dragging and dropping needed to be a whole adventure. It did work in the end, but making pages took way longer than it should have.

The order itself was okay, so at first I figured everything would be fine. I usually go by a simple shortcut: if the basics are handled and the timing is decent, I’m happy. But the delivery timing wasn’t great, and dealing with support left me disappointed. Nothing was a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth.

It looks good overall and made a nice first impression. I do remember noticing the binding felt a little loose when I picked it up, which was kind of disappointing. Weirdly, I also remember there was a tiny speck of cardboard dust stuck to the corner when I opened it. Not a huge deal, but the binding could definitely be better.

That said, the photo quality was a letdown. A lot of our pictures printed darker than they looked on screen, and some colors came out washed out or just not quite right. A few group shots also lost detail, which was disappointing for the price. I know prints won’t match a screen perfectly, but this felt noticeable. The books are still usable and the process itself was smooth, but I really wish the image reproduction had been better.

I really liked how much we could customize the yearbook without feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Compared to another yearbook tool I used a few years ago, this one gave us way more freedom with the cover, page layouts, colors, and all the little details. We had a few picky people on our committee, myself included, and we were still able to get everything looking the way we wanted. Uploading photos and moving things around was simple for the most part. It wasn’t totally perfect, since I did have to go back and double-check a couple of pages, but overall the customization options made the book feel personal to our school. I’d definitely use it again.

I had to wait days just to get a reply to my emails, and when they finally responded, the answers were vague. I ended up having to ask the same questions more than once because nothing was really clear. Like, make it make sense.
